Buyer's Agent
I can represent you as a buyer's agent. I personally represent each in each buyer in a transaction and therefore only take a limited number of buyers at any given time.
What's the big deal about that? Well, many successful agents now have "buyer's agents" to show properties to their buyers. They don't personally show houses because it's too time consuming. Instead they pass you off to another agent. While I respect this way of doing business, it is my policy to personally serve my buyers even if that means limiting the number of buyers I serve at any one time.
Generally speaking, I will have time to add another buyer to my client list, but my first priority is to serve buyers who were referred to me and those buyers who are also my current sellers. If you know what time frame you will be purchasing a home in, it's recommended that you call ahead to make sure I save a slot for you as a client to ensure that you get the same personal attention!
Luxury Home Marketing and Sales
If you are looking to buy or sell a luxury home it's more important than ever that you contact the right agent. These homes take a special kind of networking and advertising to get them sold. I have the contacts with other agents that list and sell upper bracket properties. This means I know when new homes are coming on the market before they even come on the MLS. Many of our luxury homes are sold this way. Call for more details.

I can help you build your dream home from the ground up! Thirty percent of my business each year is helping families move into new construction, whether it's custom or in a subdivision with plans to choose from, this is truly an area of my expertise.
Investors
I represent a select few serious investors on a continual basis. I can provide you with details on properties that are prime investment properties as well as consult on financing options for those homes. Some of my clients do rehab work and some prefer to hang onto their properties to build their portfolio. I can also help you realize you're full tax savings on your rental properties through 1031 exchanges and other tax saving options.
